Who says graduation can only happen when you finish school? The staff at the Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University of South Alabama Children's & Women's Hospital were happy to dress this baby boy in an adorable cap and gown for a special commencement ceremony. Cullen Potter was born at just 22 weeks and spent 160 days in the hospital before receiving the all clear to head home with his family, according to ABC News. Time to celebrate!
