Thirteen people are injured after a wooden pedestrian bridge collapsed in the middle of New Year's Eve celebrations. It happened at Gorky Park in Moscow, Russia on the bridge that runs along the park's ice skating rink. The national anthem was playing on the loudspeakers marking the beginning of 2019 when the accident happened, according to ABC News. The victims will receive compensation for the injuries, and the director of the park has been fired.
