This footage, which is believed to be taken in Japan's Miyagi prefecture, appears to show the YouTube unloader's living room at the exact time the earthquake was occurring. A translated copy of the unloader's YouTube description reads: "The location is central, Miyagi Prefecture. I took in a hurry from standing about 15 seconds from the occurrence. It was pretty strong. Maximum intensity 5 lower Sanriku M7.3." The translated title of video reads 17 hours 18 minutes, the exact time of the earthquake.
