7-Year-Old Brain Cancer Patient Scores Touchdown During College Football Game 01:10

7-year-old Jack Hoffman became an honorary Husker after the University of Nebraska football team adopted the young brain cancer patient back in October 2011. The pint-sized super-fan managed to score a 69-yard touchdown during Saturday's spring game as practically the entire team circled around, blocking him, all while a stadium full of fans cheered him on.

Bercegeay, who is being treated at Target House at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, heard music coming from downstairs and ran down to find out what all the commotion was, when she found Karam playing piano. So, the cancer patient sat down beside him and the two began performing together. According to Bercegeay's mom, "She didn't want to stop... This was one of the 10 songs she sang with him.
