Morgan Jade Lake, 22, was traveling on the Bay Bridge when a tractor-trailer struck her car, causing her to plunge 40 feet into the water. This amazing footage of Lake clinging to rocks was captured by Scott Fortney, who was three cars behind Lake's. You can see the chaos as the woman struggles to cling to the rocks after making it out of her car as they wait for help to arrive.
