A cyclist was either not looking where she was going or just didn't care. Wis DOT released the strange surveillance video of the 37-year-old woman seemingly not noticing the bridge in Menasha, Wisconsin was cranking upward. Almost immediately, onlookers rushed to her aid and pulled her out of the gap as the bridge operator paused the bridge. She was taken to the hospital with minor facial injuries, according to WISC.
