The National Hurricane Center has upgraded Isaac to a Category 1 storm, with sustained winds of at least 74 miles per hour. And forecasters say it will make landfall Tuesday night near the Mississippi River. President Obama is urging folks not to "tempt fate" and to take all warnings seriously. Isaac isn't expected to pack the same punch Hurricane Katrina did back in 2005.
