WATCH: RTM Talks to John Berlin About Facebook's Special 'Look Back' at His Son's Life

It's been a whirlwind of a week for the Berlin family. On February 5, John Berlin made a desperate plea to Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg to allow his family to see their deceased son Jesse's "Look Back" video. RTM was the first to contact John and talk to him via Skype. Since then, John's video has gone viral. Facebook has taken notice, and they've delivered by sending Jesse's video to the family. Zuckerberg himself called John to thank him for bringing the video to his attention. John said Zuckerberg is looking into ways to grant other families access to lost loved ones' accounts. We have to hand it to Facebook on this one. We're very happy for the Berlin family.

Bird Comforts Woman Visiting Her Son's Grave

Sometimes we just need a sign. For Marie Robinson, it's been three long years since she lost her 4-year-old son Jack to brain cancer, according to The Dodo. While visiting his grave to mark the anniversary, she had an amazing encounter that has made her believe his spirit does live on. While sitting near his grave, she felt a robin (how similar to her last name) fly onto her shoe, showing no fear. It then perched directly on her finger. Marie also sees this as a sign that we need to bring more awareness to those suffering from a brain tumor or cancer and also bring light to the struggle parents face when they lose a child. View Now
'Coat Off My Back' Challenge Keeps Folks Warm This Winter

'Coat Off My Back' Challenge Keeps Folks Warm This Winter

The holidays are a time for giving and also a time many of us receive more gifts than we can count. To balance out all of the new items coming into our homes, cleaning out the closet is a must. Before you just throw it all away though, think about giving it to a person less fortunate. That's the idea behind the "Coat Off My Back" challenge put together by the Never2Fly2Pray clothing brand started by founder Jeffrey Lee. The company focuses on not just fashion but also helping people, and the challenge asks participants to donate up to four of their own coats and hand deliver them to those in need. If you're interested in doing this yourself, don't forget to post your good deeds online with the hashtag #CoatOffMyBack and tag Never2Fly2Pray! View Now

Back in December, we saw Jeffrey Lee start the "Coat Off My Back" challenge, in which he challenged people to go out and donate a coat from their closet directly to someone in need. Jessica Nicole saw his video on RightThisMinute and accepted that challenge! Often, old items of clothing just take up space in your closet. Instead of throwing them out or just dropping them in a random donation bin, you can take the challenge like Jessica did and personally make an impact on someone's life! View Now

Family Remains Strong After Receiving Son's Cancer Update

In some way, shape or form cancer has impacted each and every one of us. However discouraging the journey may become, holding onto happiness is key to finding strength in even the darkest of times. Angel Mendoza-Navarro is just 3 years old and has already been met with his fight against cancer. In June of this year, Angel was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma and was immediately admitted to Phoenix Children's Hospital. He began radiation and chemotherapy treatments, his mother Karla at his side the whole time. On Oct. 2, the family received news that the cancer has spread throughout Angel's body. Shortly after, they relocated Angel to the Ryan House where he could enjoy his remaining days comfortably alongside his family. Karla and her brother Jose Jr. join our RightThisMinute hosts via Skype to share with us more details on this extraordinary little boy's story. Shortly following the interview, we learned of Angel's passing. We send our deepest condolences to the Mendoza family. For those looking to support them in this time, you can still donate to their GoFundMe. In memory of one tough little kid, your legacy will forever live on. View Now
