Update: The California Highway Patrol has identified the two men involved. Edras Ramirez, 27, and David Mendez, 21, turned themselves in Wednesday evening. CHP launched a full investigation around a road rage incident in Los Angeles, California after RightThisMinute was the first media outlet to air the shocking brawl. The CHP said this incident happened June 12 on the Interstate 5, and they has several calls from that day matching the description of what happened.
