A bizarre incident unfolded at a restaurant in Santa Monica, California. The man who recorded this video claims that he had his arms around his girlfriend and kissed her on the forehead a few times when another patron started screaming at the couple. The screaming woman was frustrated with the couple's public display of affection. The woman verbally attacked a few other patrons on her way out of the door before the encounter finally ended.
