Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has now earned his 20th Olympic medal and 16th gold! This is video of the 200 IM event, where you can see Phelps sneak past Ryan Lochte, who cost him the gold in the 400 individual medley Tuesday, which would have been his record-breaking 19th medal. Phelps finally broke the record later when the U.S. team won the 4x200 meter freestyle relay, making Phelps the most decorated Olympian of all time.
