16-year-old Noelle got a car for Christmas, and even though it's a hand-me-down and has almost 100,000 miles on it, her awesome reaction shows just how special the gift really is. The 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis used to belong to her great-grandmother, who sadly passed away earlier this year, so it will not only keep her safe, but it has sentimental value as well.
