Two guys were out walking their dogs when some hooligans on their block decided to set off fireworks pointed directly down the street. Just as they step off the driveway with the pups, a firey rocket hits a parked car and the driveway lights up, terrifying the dogs and owners. Here's a quick reminder: fireworks are extremely dangerous if used incorrectly! These people were very lucky they weren't hit.
Next, in Brazil, it was a long and scary 15 hours for a poor dog who was home on New Year's Eve but got so spooked by fireworks, she went out to seek shelter under a neighbor's car. Little Branca hid there for a long time, until the neighbors actually got in their car, didn't realize she was under there and went on a 60-mile round-trip journey with the Branca stuck in the grill.
