As if Brave Wilderness star, Coyote Peterson couldn't get any cooler he just did because he might have just discovered a new species. While trekking through the back hills of West Virginia, Coyote and the team have one thing on their minds. To find the exotic blue crayfish. This is a task easier said than done as the species typically burrows itself in the earth up to six-feet down. With some educated guesses as to where these creatures reside, Coyote finds one and it's beautiful.

He calls it the sapphire crayfish and with the help from Dr. Zac Loughman of West Liberty University they are able to describe this rare creature.
