Firefighters worked with the RSPCA for two hours to rescue two horses out of a bog. The veterinary team has nicknamed the two colts Jammie and Dodger. It's unclear where these horses came from, but they are expected to make a full recovery. 

Meantime, a driver in Taiwan came to the rescue of a macaque hit while crossing a mountain road. The good samaritan used social media to find out how to help the primate. Local wildlife officials recommended he carry the macaque to a safe place off of the roadway. The primate was then picked up and taken in for treatment.
