A true family will do absolutely anything for one another and this is a perfect example of sacrifice and love. After hearing the news of her father's deteriorating health, 30-year-old Hailee Stender didn't think twice when she decided she would be the one to save his life. Stage 4 kidney disease left John with a predicted two-year life expectancy and his daughter wasn't going to let that happen. So, the two went into surgery. At the end of it, Hailee was left with one less kidney and John with a fully-functioning kidney thanks to his doting daughter.
