S'mores are the treats that never go out of season, but consider ditching your boring white marshmallows for yummy Peeps this Easter! Don't despair if you don't have a campfire lying around because RightThisMinute's how-to guru Jessica Hord has you covered with her delicious skillet s'more recipe.

You'll Need:

*Measurements will vary depending on the baking dish.

— 2 cups dark chocolate chips

— 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

— Package of marshmallow candies

— Optional: graham crackers for serving

Instructions:

1. Cover bottom of baking dish with dark chocolate chips.

2. Using a spoon, lay dollops of peanut butter on top of the chocolate chips.

3. Cover both peanut butter and chocolate chips with a layer of marshmallow candies.

4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until chocolate is melted and marshmallow candies are toasted. You're done!

You'll Need: — 1 box Girl Scout Trefoils — 1/3 cup melted butter — 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips — 8 Girl Scout Samoas, coarsely chopped. — 25 caramels — 1/4 cup evaporated milk Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a food processor, pulse up 12 of the Trefoils, until crumbly, and set aside. 3. Pulse the remaining Trefoils in the food processor, and once crumbly add melted butter. Pulse both ingredients until thoroughly blended. 4. Evenly press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased, 9-inch, square baking pan. 5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. 6. Sprinkle Samoas over chocolate chips and crust. 7. In a saucepan, combine caramels and evaporated milk and stir until melted. 8. Pour caramel sauce over ingredients in pan. 9. Sprinkle reserved Trefoils over mixture and back for 15 to 18 minutes. 10. You'll Need: — 16 oz. softened cream cheese  — 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese — 2 minced cloves of garlic — 1/2 cup sour cream — 2 tbsp. wing sauce — Juice from 1 lime — 2 (15 oz.) drained & rinsed cans of corn — 1 chopped jalapeno — 4 oz. feta  — 2 tbsp. red onion — 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro — Optional: additional wing sauce, feta, and cilantro for the top   Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  2. Put cream cheese, one cup of the shredded cheese, garlic, sour cream, wing sauce and lime juice in a blender. Pulse until well blended. 3. Pour mixture into a large bowl and mix corn, jalapeno, feta, one cup of the shredded cheese, red onion and cilantro. 4. Scoop into baking dish and top with the last cup of shredded cheese. 5.
