Sanitation workers in Montevideo, Uraguay were shocked when they heard muffled whimpers coming from under a mountain of trash. Fearing it was a baby, the workers scrambled to dig through the garbage until a tiny puppy emerged. The workers rescued the pup and made sure it got the proper care and was cleaned up.

Then, this boxer dog was being trained to carry supplies in the snow for emergency situations. Then he decided to play around in the snow for a bit and that's when he got stuck on his back. His humans did nothing to help pull him up, other than record the whole thing and laugh. The pup was eventually able to get to his feet

Raccoon Needs Help Escaping & Bull's Morning Work Commute

We bet this raccoon was very happy Jennifer came along. She noticed the little guy (whom she named Skittles) in the dumpster and proceeded to rescue him from the approaching garbage truck with a ladder. Jennifer's boyfriend was so impressed, he made her an award for being a hero. Speaking of animal companions, this drive has quite the passenger. We've seen this hefty car co-pilot before, but it's always a funny sight. We don't know why this guy hasn't bought a trailer for his bull yet, but we think it's because nobody would ever want to steal a car that comes with an angry bull. via Viral Hog View Now
Sometimes Animals Just Need A Good Trim

Sometimes Animals Just Need A Good Trim

All animals need sometimes is a little human love and assistance, especially for those without homes. Stray Rescue of St. Louis came upon a very freezing and scared dog sticking to the ice under a car. After pulling him to safety, the pooch now named Pilgrim was taken to get some of his matted fur cut off (5.6 pounds to be exact!). He also headed into surgery to fix a broken pelvis and bone fractures. Over in Turkey, stylist Aytac Nalbant tends to a cute kitty. The cat named Odin was once a stray living on the streets in the freezing cold when he got taken in by Nalbant's salon as an unofficial mascot. We love how patiently he sits in the chair during the styling! Looking good, little dude. View Now

But the Russian zoo just recently released CCTV footage of the two precious cubs being cared for by their mother Gerda since their birth. Sometimes, you just can't predict what your dog is going to do. One owner was walking their dog near a canal when the dog decided it wanted to go for a swim. Firefighters were quickly on the scene to pull the pup to safety. Next, when a cyclist in Argentina stumbled upon a little puppy in the middle of his path, he knew he had no choice but to pick her up and save her.
