What does Freediver Sofía Gómez Uribe do in her free time? Oh, not much. She just grabs a heavy rock, sinks down 60-feet in the ocean, and runs across the bottom until she finally makes it to the beach. Why does she do this? Well, this is a typical exercise for Freedivers to get familiar with ocean currents. It's just usually in much more shallow water. Oh, and please don’t try this at home.
