Ann Patrick and her older sister, Marguerita Wilson, lost touch over 15 years ago. Since then, both women were diagnosed with Alzheimer's. However, by coincidence, Ann's granddaughter just happened to meet up with Marguerita at an Alzheimer's support event and arranged this heartwarming reunion.
