In Russia, an ambulance with its sirens on is being blocked on the road by none other than a person leisurely driving a Lamborghini. Not only is this illegal, but it's also just plain inconsiderate. Seriously, who doesn't give way to an ambulance? We can all collectively rejoice in the fact that this man was swiftly brought to justice by local police.
