Mischa Gelb from Pilot Yellow is vlogging about a process some might not even know exists, and it's pretty fascinating. Mischa and his fellow pilot Cam have been hired by farmers to help save their cherry crops after they've been rained on — which eventually causes cherries' skin to split later when they're exposed to sunlight again. How are they doing that, you might ask? By hovering their helicopter over the cherry fields to blow the water off and dry them out. A lot goes into saving and managing crops, and now we can all be a little more appreciative of our fresh and delicious cherries.
