The Supreme Court strikes down key parts of Arizona's controversial immigration crackdown law. The ruling came down early Monday morning. The 5-3 ruling finds the government does have the power to block local law enforcement from detaining and questioning the immigration status of anyone believed to be in the country illegally. Thursday, the Supreme Court will release all of its remaining rulings for this session, including one on the constitutionality of the Obama administration's health care law.
