State Trooper Sued for Delaying Arrival to Crash Site

Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Charles Van Morgan is in hot water after failing to stop after passing an accident on the side of the road.  The trooper received orders to track down a speeding car, however it turns out the speeding car he was looking for was, in fact, the same car that was crashed at the side of the road.  Not realizing it, the trooper passed the crashed car and kept going. Eventually, the trooper received a call that there was a crash and went back, only to realize it was the car he passed, and it was now on fire. 20-year-old Gordon Kyle Anito was inside the car, and ended up dying. Now, a $10 million wrongful-death lawsuit has been filed by Anito's family, who argue that Anito's death may have been prevented if the trooper had stopped or reported the accident as soon as he saw it. You Don't Want To Wake Up Next To This Fur Ball

One of the awesome things about camping is the wildlife. Sometimes it'll be rabbits around camp, other times squirrels or deer. We've even seen elk on the move some early mornings in the forest! We call dibs on "If It's Loose, Vamoose!" Even though he probably didn't have such a cool limerick in mind, Eli Maguire's Aussie skepticism saved him an embarrassing credit card statement and perhaps quite a load of money during this ATM visit. Dogs Mysteriously Vandalize Empty Car & Crash-Scene Dance Party

We'll never know the bizarre reasoning behind these two bizarre scenes caught on camera. Is it a hidden cat, a lingering scent, or a doggy vendetta against VW Tiguans? Whatever the cause, it was enough to for this pack of stray dogs to so badly damage this SUV's exterior that its Russian owner suspected human vandals. There's no doubt who's to blame for this auto-motorcycle collision in Moldova. But instead of filing a claim with his insurance company, our cheery suspect is obnoxiously giving hand signals to the tow truck, wait... now he's dancing on the roof! View Now
