“My heart’s more like, ‘bro, what are you doing?’”
Opting for walking instead of driving is an easy way to get fit while incorporating a low-impact exercise. BuzzFeed recently pulled a group of people together to challenged them to walk 10,000 steps every day for a month.
But wait, there’s more! For every 1,000 steps missed, the participants had to donate $1 to a charity of their choice. It’s sort of a sweet way to do good for yourself, while doing good for others. Walk challenge, anyone?
