One minor fender bender in a parking lot is an accident. Once you hit a dozen or more cars, it's safe to assume "accident" is the wrong word. A driver in the town of Nakhodka in Russia attempted to leave a parking lot by crashing into as many cars as he possibly could. Despite the best efforts of others in the parking lot, they couldn't get the elderly man out of his vehicle. Police did arrest the man, who was a little cranky, to say the least. But his license has been suspended.
Not every accident is the fault of the driver, sometimes there's no driver at all. A driverless car in China collided with the front of a jewelry store after the car's owner forgot to set the hand brake. Luckily, nobody was injured in this incident. Even the tiny kitten seen in the security footage managed to get away.
