After the loss of her father back in 2018, a new chapter began in Charity's life — one that has been particularly difficult to navigate. In May 2020, she underwent a vertical sleeve gastrectomy and has since lost over 100 pounds. From processing her grief to committing to weight loss, Charity's transformation is certainly much more than skin deep. On each episode of "Girl, We Need To Talk," Charity invites guests to engage in honest, vulnerable conversations about the highs and lows of their own life journeys.
