It's currently pretty cold in Toronto, Canada. This particular morning, the weather was -10 degrees Fahrenheit! But that didn't stop Matt Pancer and his buddy Tim from getting into the water and surfing some waves. The water was so cold that when Matt got out of the water, his beard was crystalized with ice!
