Python Protects Her Eggs & Snake Can’t Move After Big Meal 2:01
Our pal Jay Brewer from Jay's Prehistoric Pets was trying to get a freshly laid batch of python eggs into an incubator so that they could receive the best care. The only problem was the mamma python was right there, and mamma pythons don't take kindly to folks touching their eggs. Jay found this out the hard way when the snake nearly bit his whole head off. Don't worry, Jay and the eggs are fine.
Speaking of pythons, if you have to move one, then you better try after they've had a big meal. Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers was called to remove a python with a rather sizable bulge in its belly. We don't know what unfortunate creature ended up on the menu, but we do know the snake was as lethargic as we are after a Thanksgiving meal.
