It wasn't hard for dad to guess who was ripping apart all the toilet paper in the house. Especially since the culprit was caught "TP-handed." It turns out the baby was responsible! But did the baby admit his guilt? No! Instead, he tried to flee the scene of the crime. He didn't get very far since he lives at the crime scene and is, you know, a baby.
