You don't need much in order to create a tasty dish in no time at all. Jessica Hord proves this fact yet again by bringing us this recipe from Nadalilaa Kitchen. Corn, cream, cheeses, and just a few spices make this a quick and delicious meal you can make that won't break the bank!
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can of corn
2 Tbsp. thick cream or mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. chili flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
Pinch of salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella and parmesan
For color, use chives/leeks/spring onions
1. In a skillet, add olive oil, corn, and cream. Bring to medium heat and stir.
2. Once it's all mixed in, add seasonings and continue stirring.
3. When it's bubbling and hot, add some of the shredded cheeses, stirring until melted.
4. Remove from heat and top with more cheese and something for color.
