A veterinarian for Wildlife Aid worked tirelessly to rescue a poor mouse stuck on a glue trap. Using olive oil, water, and Q-tips, she gently removed the mouse from the trap and the glue from its fur. The mouse made a full recovery and was returned to the wild. View Now
Imagine being in a place like South Luangwa National Park in Zambia and finding yourself caught in the middle of a gang war! In this case, the gangs are two large groups of feuding baboons. We're not quite sure how they were able to tell who was part of who's gang, since they all look alike. WildlifeAid was alerted about two stags who had been fighting over a doe and got their antlers tangled up. They had been fighting for quite a while before help arrived, and as expected, the doe lost interest in the fight and left the scene. Hope For Paws are not only in the business of rescuing animals with paws, they rescue those with webbed feet, as well. The Hope for Paws team was called to help an Egyptian Goose that had an injury to its leg. It took a while to find a net big enough to capture the goose safely, but once they did they recognized the problem. A fishing line wrapped itself around the goose's leg, which was so bad that they had to amputate part of the bird's leg. Now, the goose is back with his mate and is very healthy! View Now
If you love hummingbirds as much as Michelle does, this magical moment is worth the wait. Sitting as still as a statue, she held out a bird feeder and waited for a hungry visitor. At first, a hummingbird hovered over Michelle's finger to drink. After a moment, it got comfortable and rested on her finger. Patience pays off!

Cats have no problem creeping into high places; it's the getting down part that's difficult. This scaredy cat climbed to the top of a curtain rod and when he realized he wasn't getting down on his own, his human had to come to the rescue. His owner held out the curtain as a safety net and the cat somewhat successfully slid down. Did he learn his lesson? Maybe. Will he do it again? He's a cat, so most likely!

After a tough battle with pneumonia in the hospital, an elderly man became depressed and couldn't eat when he got transferred to a rehab facility. To bring some light into his life, his family asked if his best friend could visit, a pup he adopted six years ago from the shelter named Pepper. When the man saw Pepper for the first time, his mood was instantly lifted! Since this video was recorded, Pepper has been back to see him every single day!

We don't know how he did it, but somehow a logger in North Carolina spotted a turtle hidden in the brush. The logging machines were close by, so this turtle is lucky someone saw it. The logger then picked up the frightened turtle and moved it to a safer spot. That turtle is going to have quite the story to tell their friends when they very slowly get home.

Two spearfisherman in Australia are lucky they will live to dive another day after a terrifying shark encounter. While the pair was fishing for mackerel, nearby tiger sharks began to swoop in to steal the fish for themselves. In the chaos, the sharks began to nibble at the divers, who tried to defend themselves with their spearguns. Fortunately, the divers and the sharks swam away from this encounter uninjured. This eagle worked smarter, not harder! As a man was reeling in his catch in Alaska, a bald eagle swooped in and plucked the fish right off of his line. Judging by the swiftness of the eagle, we can tell it's definitely done that before.

The goal is for hedgehogs Tuck and Coco to get through the obstacles and to the floor as fast as they can.
