But, due to COVID-19 hospital restrictions, she wasn't able to see her family or assistance dog, Willow, for two weeks. When Ruth Helen was eventually allowed a visit from her loved ones, she was thrilled to be reunited with her four-legged BFF — and based on the tail wags, we'd say little Willow felt the same!
