Not only was Gavin a match for Cheyenne on the dating app "Tinder," she later found out that he was a match for a kidney transplant. Cheyenne and Gavin started dating two years ago. Cheyenne was sick at the time, but it wasn't until a few months into the relationship she learned the severity of the situation. She went to the hospital, and doctors told her that her kidneys were only functioning at two percent. They also found that Gavin was a perfect match for a kidney transplant.
