A man driving a concrete mixer lost control of his vehicle in Turkey and drove into a river. A good samaritan began rescuing the driver in the partially submerged vehicle when another man noticed the incident and was lowered into the water by an excavator's bucket. The two men were able to pull the driver out of his vehicle and lift him to safety using the excavator. The driver was taken to a hospital but there is no word on his condition. View Now
