A SpaceX rocket carrying a satellite to be used by Facebook has exploded, days before it was set to launch. The satellite was intended to bring Internet access to Africa, the Middle East and Europe, said CNN. Both the rocket and satellite were destroyed in the mysterious explosion in Cape Canaveral, Florida. SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said the rocket was being fueled when the blast occured. There were no injuries.
