The Albuquerque Public Safety Department just released dashcam footage of a man stealing - and subsequently getting arrested - a bait car. The Royal National Lifeboat in England is made up of brave volunteers tasked with protecting the waters. Their dedication saved the lives of five French fishermen whose ship was sinking near Dartmouth Harbor one evening.
