For the second time in two weeks, the LA Animal Services SMART team was called out to rescue a horse. This horse, named Double Dutch, wasn't able to stand after being down over night. Here's a good case of things escalating when they really didn't really need to. A few teens across the pond were playing football when the ball went over a fence and into a man's yard. Some of the kids knocked on the front door of the house, but there was no answer.
