This man became very intoxicated and was causing a commotion in his hotel room so loud that police were called to subdue him. When police arrived on scene they were unable to handcuff him because he had very large wrist so they called for backup. Due to the state of his alcohol consumption and the team of police's inability to get the guest from the third floor to the lobby he had to be hauled away in a luggage cart.
