DuBose was pulled over by Officer Tensing on July 19 for driving without a front license plate, but an inability to produce a driver's license would lead to DuBose's death. This elderly couple was very lucky that these two teens acted fast and saved them from drowning in their sinking car. The driver accidently drove the vehicle into the lake in Belgium.
