A common tactic for insurance scammers is to run into a car while it's driving, thus collecting insurance money from the hit. Many people purchase dash cams to protect themselves from this type of scam, and it looks like a driver in Taiwan made the right call in getting a dash cam. A man and woman were out in the road, so the driver stops. After the car stops, the woman awkwardly runs into the car, in what appears to be a feeble attempt at a scam.
