Mesquite (Texas) Police officers pulled an unconscious man from his burning vehicle early Sunday on Interstate 30, and video was captured on an officer's dashcam. Hector Velles, 25, was the driver and his clothes were on fire when he was found. Officers Ryan Nielson and Autumn Soto worked together to pull Velles away from the vehicle and carry him to safety. And the "Grandmother of the Year" Award goes to Patricia Ebel, a 49-year-old bikini-clad woman from Naples, Fla., who was arrested for DUI after having caused a car crash with her 10-year-old grandson in her car. A cameraperson from CBS-affiliate WINK News caught the grandmother on film as she attempted multiple field sobriety tests after crashing her BMW into a stopped car at an intersection following a day at the pool.
