Chad and Andrea Chapman are a couple of cool parents. Who else would think of announcing they're expecting their fourth child than with a tongue-in-cheek parody of Miley Cyrus' "We Can't Stop." They ran with it and comically applied it to their situation of not being able to stop having kids. Hey, "they run them, they don't run we - so they're having one more baby." Can you relate?
