Vehicles had to swerve to avoid hitting a woman who was apparently intoxicated on the I-15 freeway in San Diego Thursday morning. In this video, you can see the woman getting out of a stalled car, and starting to fasten her undone pants as she stumbled across the freeway in high heels to ask a 10News photojournalist for jumper cables.
