Warning: This video may be graphic to some. Within five minutes of a house going up in flames in Fresno, Calif., three fire trucks arrived on scene while neighbors caught dramatic footage on camera. Captain Pete Dern walked the roof of the garage, and while he was ventilating it, the roof collapsed, and he fell through. A huge plume of smoke then billowed from the hole and fire is seen shooting from the roof. A woman who was passed out in the driver's seat of a stopped vehicle on Interstate 805 early Friday morning couldn't be woken up by a California Highway Patrol officer banging on her window. Twenty-five-year-old Amber Dlaine McKinney Morgan, a San Diego State University journalism student, was believed to be passed out drunk. Paul Anderegg from 10News stopped after noticing the vehicle and called 911.
