A man in Detroit was pulled over by police in late January after failing to completely stop at a stop sign. Police say they were in the area because it's known for drug dealing. When pulled over, 57-year-old Floyd Dent opened his door and allegedly said "I'll kill you." According to Dent, an officer yelled, "Get out of the car! I'll blow your head off!" No audio was recorded of the alleged threats. Caught on police dashcam video, Dent was pulled out of the car and then put into a chokehold by Officer William Melendez, who punched Dent in the head 16 times. View Now
