Avalanches recently put several people in danger in separate parts of the world. In clip one, James Ostrow was skiing the slopes in Telluride, CO when he fell into an avalanche. His GoPro camera picked up his entire journey downhill. In clip two, five people in the French Alps were skiing when one of them set off an avalanche that covered all of them.
