A toddler was in heavy winter clothes when she was dropped into the pool, so she could prepare herself for the winter months, and the potential dangers that go along with it. Cell phone video has surfaced from Lawton, Oklahoma, and is blowing up online. The video shows a woman fighting with and yelling at another woman in the driver's seat of a red car.
