A video has surfaced showing a handcuffed man in South Carolina being tased while sitting on the hood of a Sheriff's deputy's car. Deputies said the man had been arrested and was not complying with them when it came to getting into the car. The man was arrested for disorderly conduct and charged with resisting arrest. We are only seeing a small portion of the incident and after an internal investigation it was determined, by authorities, that the deputy did everything he was supposed to do. Welles Crowther was a 24-year-old equities trader working in the South Tower of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001. He died in the tower while saving as many as 12 lives. This past weekend, the head coach of the Boston College football team presented Crowther's parents, Alison and Jefferson, with the game ball after the team upset the USC Trojans.
