Ospreys are birds of prey, but one unlucky member of that feathery family found itself in quite the predicament recently in Lakewood, New Jersey. The bird got attached to some fishing wire which then presumably attached itself to a tree while the osprey was flying. A crew came out to free the poor thing but after hanging there for some time, the bird had trouble taking off so it was eventually taken to a specialist. View Now

That was not so this past Fourth of July, however, when a guy (known only as "Rich") returned to his family's beach site to find two women claiming all the stuff left there was theirs. Now, you'd think that getting caught so red handed would cause you to run off before the cops were called, but these ladies decided to stick to their guns, insisting they were the owners of the tent canopy, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. They also proceeded to harass the guy the stuff actually belonged to!

As a Boeing 767-300 airplane, operated by Russian airline UTair, was coming in for a landing at Barcelona's El Prat Airport in Spain, an Airbus A340-300, operated by Aerolíneas Argentinas, was taxiing across the same runway.
