Charles Letson was on his motorcycle when the driver of an SUV started brake-checking him in Jefferson County, Alabama. Letson claims that he tried to pass the SUV when the two men got into a confrontation. The driver of the SUV had his finger on the trigger of a gun when Letson approached him.
