A Tim Hortons in North York, Ontario, Canada was the site of an unusual proposal. Jared Gaber decided to propose to his girlfriend Stephanie at her favorite morning spot and did so by taking the reins at the drive-thru register. There's something sweeping the Internet called the "Cold Water Challenge." You are challenged by someone you know to either dunk yourself or get sprayed by cold water. If you don't do it, you have to donate $100 to a charity and if the task is completed there's still a donation to charity, just not as much. A kidnapped baby was returned to her parents on Monday night in Quebec, Canada, just three hours after she was taken from the couple. A group of four friends helped tracked down the unidentified woman, who took the child from the hospital while dressed as a nurse.
